Our Bootcamp is a high
intensity fitness class that will surpass your fitness goals. We incorporate boxing drills to increase your heart rate rapidly while achieving upper body and core toning and conditioning. You will improve your strength and endurance using our proven methodologies. Boxing drills, TRX, Bulgarian bags, dyna bands, medicine balls, heavy bags, battle ropes, airdyne bikes, kettle bells are a few tools used to rev up your metabolism.
Our bootcamp will maximize your time with a high calorie burning full body workout. Classes are constantly changing to
ensure your body never adapts. If you are looking to get in shape, or are looking for a new fitness challenge, this class is for you. All fitness
levels, men and women are welcome.
