Beginner Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Women's Only. "When women support each other, incredible things happen." This class will provide fundamental concepts that can be used offensively and defensively in a variety of situations.
Private 1-on-1 training will target your specific martial arts & fitness goals to efficiently and successfully reach your goals with a highly qualified trainer.
Beginner BJJ is designed for students with no experience. Our high level trainers will coach you at your pace to learn skills and techniques to train for self defense or competition.
