Boxercise Bootcamp
Boxercise is a high intensity full body workout that will sculpt and tone your body one punch at a time. The class consists of boxing techniques and bodyweight drills to keep your heart rate elevated while having fun! At Hayabusa, we do not punch the air, we hit pads and heavy bags. If you are ready to surpass any fitness goal you have, we will see you at 6AM Tuesday & Thursday.
